The Indonesian Jewelry Exhibition & Tourism Promo in Mutumanikan Nusantara Exhibition 2007

Indonesia has abundant natural resources in the form of precious stones, metals, and pearls (one of the biggest south sea pearls producers in the world) as well as skilled human resources with artistic skills. Having this philosophy in mind, the First Lady of Indonesia has initiated a programme to make the best use of these advantages for welfare of the people by creating employment through jewelry industry.

Mutumanikam Nusantara is a non profit organization that embraces jeweler lovers and artisan in its various activities. The organization has taken the initiative so that the Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) can also grow into large and medium industries through training programmes. Hence the SMEs will be able to compete in national as well as international markets.
